Upon scheduling an appointment we will require credit card information. This is in accordance with our “No Show”, and Late Policies. Due to the increase in complimentary consultation no-shows, we require a $100 booking deposit to schedule. If you elect to have a service done at the time of your consultation, the deposit will be applied at checkout. If not, the $100 deposit will cover the consultation fee.
If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel said appointment without 24hr notice your card will be charged a $75 “no show” fee. This is applicable to consultation appointments as well. Your $100 consultation booking deposit will not be reimbursed or credited to any future purchases if we do not receive a cancellation notice during business hours and at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment if you give us 24hr notice. We understand emergent situations and know that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be considered a “no show” and will be charged the no-show fee. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment if this occurs. We understand emergent situations and know that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control.
