      Called them out for a mice, ant, fly problem came out and sprayed 4ft up the house outside and inside supposedly. About 3 weeks later still was seeing ants and spiders and my daughters cat caught a mouse in the basement so my husband called multiple time to let them know( paid 175.00 first visit. ) that we were still seeing mice and insects left messages multiple times no call back any of the times then we called another franchise and they had to email the owner to let them know we were trying to get in touch with them. He finally reached out and we set an appointment to come today at 9am took off work and everything well they never showed up so I called and he answered I gave hime an ear full and told him I was calling BBB and he said go ahead .
