    "I gave this place one star because I feel like I was way way overpriced when I went in and had work done I don't know if was because I said I'm from out of town but I know this cannot be really the price of an alternator I've been waiting 2 days for someone to call me back from *** I wasn't going to go on this site and make a review but I feel like if I make this review then someone will contact me I feel like I paid too much money for an alternator so I'm waiting on someone to call me to make me understand what I paid this amount of money for I feel like I am old some change lots of it I can't sleep until I find out why I was overcharged for this work that I had done I keep reading my paperwork over and over and of course the paperwork is not breaking it down on what I paid over $1,200 for I need somebody to call me and explain to me what exactly I paid for 2 days has been long enough for someone to get back with me now I feel like I'm being ignored I just want somebody to explain to me what I paid for it that's it that's all the day after my work was done my car is shaking so I called back and asked when I could bring my vehicle back to them and the young man that I spoke with on the phone told me that I had to pay for a diagnostic fee why do I have to pay for another diagnostic fee when I'm telling you it wasn't shaking when I brought it to you I feel like I'm being played and I feel like somebody needs to help me do something about it"
