  I live in ****** Ontaio and found a ****** Vitara 2 door in ************ and I had to have it. The full importation of a vehicle into ****** from the *** can be a bit tricky but I put my trust in Canadian Car Shipping and they got the job done. My ****** was delivered to my door 2 weeks after it was picked up ( 2 days before it was promised). Under promised and over delivered! Wow! A refreshing change in a world where customer service is lacking. ****** was assigned to my importation and he kept me in the loop every step of the way and made the process seamless.   I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! I had my car shipped from ********** to ******. This has been a very stressful move for me, plus Im terrible with paperwork.   Very pleased with Canadian Car shipping. For being as big a company as they are, they returned emails and phone calls within hours, if not minutes of leaving messages. Mine was an international shipping contract, they "hooked" me up with a company to handle ALL the Customs documentation and paperwork saving me a lot of research. They narrowed the delivery day down to a 2 hour window with a call 1/2 hour before arrival, that WAS greatly appreciated. Again, VERY pleased with their services. Competitive pricing as well.

  I recently moved back to ***************** from ****** and needed my car shipped on my tourist **** since my green card was in process and ***** helped me out with everything.   This is a WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY This is what the email says: Transit time is Estimated between ***** days once the vehicle has been loaded. **Pickup window and ************* could be less; I just like to under promise and hope to over deliver.From the wording, it seemed that 21 days would on the higher side; especially since the range is so high. I did not know how significant the word estimated was. First of all, I was told that I will get updates as and when car reaches a significant milestone (for example US Canada border). I did not get any updates, each time I had to ask. Second, these words and time estimates mean nothing. On the 8th day, after the pick up the car reached the border (not complaining here). I was expecting to get my car soon after that - distance between Waren, MI to ******* is 4 hours. I received my car on the 34th day. The way things were handled in between those days was pathetic. The sad thing is they would keep saying its going to be end of this week, its going to be tomorrow, only to change the delivery date the very next day. I would keep asking for updates and I would get answers like bad weather and broken trucks and holidays. When I reminded ***** that the email says 21 days, she unapologetically said, I did not promise you anything - 21 days is an estimate.I understand that holidays and broken trucks are valid issues, but shouldn't a company which works in this line have some contingency plans. This has been my experience, I am sharing it with you. You can decide,

  We are extremely sorry you feel this way. Your vehicle was picked up 12/8 and delivered 1/3, Which is 26 days, and yes, longer than the estimated time. Looking at the emails and calls we had with you, you were updated every step of the way. Yes we had a *********** down the week between Christmas and New year, which was the expected delivery window, and we had to get the truck fixed and rescheduled. Your vehicle crossed the beginning of the following week. Again, we are very sorry it took longer than expected, and are not making excuses, but Holidays, weather and trucks breaking down do sometimes factor in.
