    I had done my taxes with **** for a few years. For my 2021 taxes he never submitted them to the ***. After some time not having received anything from the *** I reviewed my account and reached out to the *** directly. I come to find out that **** had never submitted my taxes to the ***. He never submitted them and I paid the $250.00 fee charged. I'm now going to *** ***** to have them fix this, file an amended return and submit my current years taxes. I sent him emails, left a voicemail. Months have passed and he's never followed up with me.

    ******* messed up our Federal Tax Return and refuses to help fix the problem. He keeps saying that it's in the hands of the **** But guess what? I called the *** and they said they rejected it! It's been months (plural) and he wlll NOT lift a finger to help fix his own issue, and what is nearly as bad to me, won't accept responsibility to remediate. Reported to *************.

    I have responded (lifted a finger) to remedy this situation. I have been in contact multiple times ,via phone or email, to advise my client on how this issue needed to get fixed. The return still is showing pending from the software company I use to process e-file returns. I can not resubmit a return that is pending approval from the **** The client has, as far as I know, taken my advise to remedy this problem.
