    I feel obligated to warn others of our experience since they sold us cart that does not work. The cart was advertised as needing batteries, we have batteries so this seemed like a great situation for us. I had messages with ******* and she advised that the cart runs just needs batteries as the ad stated. We were told multiple times via messages and in person that the cart runs but then the batteries die. We purchased the cart on their word and now we are out money and have a piece of equipment that does not run. The person who we paid to put the batteries in said the cart would not have run for Henthorn Sales and Service either. We literally pushed it from the trailer and into the garage where it sat for 4 days until thw batteries could be put in. We did call Henthorn Sales and Service to discuss and asked to bring the cart back and return our money or bring it back with our batteries in it so they could diagnose the problem. We were told that Henthorn Sales and SERVICE doesn't service carts. They were completely unwilling to accept any solutions that we offered. I just feel others should know that this is not a honest company and we were taken. This experience is an expensive reminder that you can't take people at their word. Had they been honest and said the cart needed batteries and did not work - we would have made another decision. Do yourself a favor and don't buy an as is from this company. As is means something totally different to these folks. Apparently as is means lie and take peoples money. We hope the money makes a difference in your lives for the better. Please do better to your next customers and just be honest... even a little honesty goes a long way.
