  I highly recommend Twin Improvements! They replaced my roof and installed gutters and gutter guards. They were very professional but friendly. Chris was very nice to work. After the tornado hit my area a couple of weeks ago I asked Chris to check my roof for any damage. He promptly came out checked my roof and even blew off all of the debris from the storm. It’s nice to work with a company that goes above and beyond.

  My wife and I built our house in 1980. Some years ago, I had a second roof installed on my house by a fly by night outfit. Over the years, I’ve had to have Twin Improvements correct numerous problems with the roof.
  In August of this year, Twin Improvements had to finally replace my roof with close to 3300 sq. ft. of roofing shingles. The roof installation took a little over 2 days with a crew that was thorough. They tore off the old roof, hauled away all the debris and cleaned up, installed 6’ ice guard, new 6” gutters all around with leaf screens. Their installation was superb and you could visibly see the improvements in the installed roof.
  They even found a bathroom vent that was never connected to the roof vent and was exhausting to the attic. Twin Improvements made the connection and made may other installation improvements without being asked to do so. These guys are roof seamstresses.
  Today’s roofs are rated as “lifetime” and for the long run, you couldn’t ask for a better company to do the job.

  Twin Improvements is a company I highly recommend. Chris and Brett are extremely knowledgeable, offer excellent customer service, communication and pricing. Their crew is hard working, neat and they get it right the first time. In an industry filled with unscrupulous contractors, Twin Improvemenrs is in a league of unsurpassed integrity and skill.   I have hired Chris and his crews for approximately 15 years. I have a contracting business and own several rental properties. From small repairs, to new roofs on additions, to tear offs and reroofs, I have always been pleased with Chris' professional knowledge of product and roofing protocols. His crews have always been professional, clean, and knowledgeable. I have found his pricing to be consistent and communication to be excellent. His follow up on all work has been consistent as well.   Chris and his crew were professional, competent, and skilled. We had a crew of six. Each man seemed to know his assignment and it seemed as if it was almost orchestrated. Each man had a duty and they seemed to be well coordinated. They arrived on time. Tore off the old roof in the morning and replaced it all in one day. They were obsessed with cleaning up after themselves. If they weren't transporting material up ladders they were picking up random scraps and old nails from the tear off. Not only did Chris's crew work well together, they worked well with another crew that I used for the slate portion of my roof. Because my roof is half slate and half shingle, it was imperative that both crews interact efficiently. Chris and his crew saved me money because both crews could work together and schedules were coordinated. I am usually leary about recommending work crews however I can wholeheartedly recommend Chris and Twin Improvements for your roofing problems.

  Worked with the owner Chris for siding and soffit replacement. Complete nightmare. He sub-contracted an inexperienced, unprofessional, never arrived on time group of 20 year olds. Got nothing done in the first 3 days. In fact, neither the owner Chris or his employee were there those intial days. The first thing they did do was tear off all the flashing around my windows and left it exposed during wind driven rain, left heavy floodlights and outlets hanging by the wires, as well as gouged my new patio door. The only thing that was holding the light were the wire nuts. They gouged at least 3 of my windows while slicing through the old caulk to remove flashing. Damaged my roof in a few spots (split cap shingle and knife marks). Overall some of the issues were cutting siding pieces too short, holes too big around pipes, damaged siding, and broke my internet cable hanger. This caused my internet cable to fall down from twisting the wire. NO attention to detail whatsoever. Soffit channels are wavy and joints are sloppy, exposed fasteners, low bent metal. Owner blamed it on the design of my house, even though 95% of the houses in my neighborhood are similar or the same. The sub contracted crew would arrive reeking of marijuana after lunch and using profanity around my children. Then owner Chris decided he was going to enter my house without my permission to retrieve his advertisement sign without asking. To end it all, they didn't cleanup anything! Debris was left all over my yard and roof. Nails and screws were left in my gutters and flower beds virtually ruined. I was ready to fire them after day 3 and I should have. I did in fact reach out continuously to the owner to address issues before they moved on to other areas and I am glad I did. Who knows what the final result would have been if I didn't. Now I'm receiving backlash for this review. We still have issues that don't seem like they will ever be addressed. Its a shame to be treated like this after the money spent.

  So you think you can terminate a 10 year warranty from a written contract because of what you claim is harassment or false claims? After the job was complete, you limited me to contacting you by email only which was difficult to communiate anything through. That's if you even responded. You repeatedly refused to speak with us directly to rectify anything, so there was no resolution.
  Everything in this review is true and happened and you dont like it being broadcasted. I guess harassment in your eyes is getting you to fix issues your crew caused. You just don't want to hear about it.
