    We recently purchased a GLE 350 from this dealership. It was the best new car buying experience that we have ever had. Kevin ****** was absolutely the greatest! He listened, he researched and he delivered with no hassle on his first attempt. There was no need for negotiation. We absolutely enjoyed the entire process to include the document signing. This is the best review I have ever given to a salesperson and dealership!!! Highly recommend you contact Kevin if you’re interested in a new Benz!

    The team at Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby provided excellent customer service during the purchase of our new vehicle. Sales, finance, service and management worked together to ensure that the customer experience was tailored to our specific needs. The sales team listened and patiently allowed us to demo several vehicles in the dealership ****** *** *********. Special thanks to Mo S****** whose product knowledge assisted us in making an informed decision. Brett L***** ensured that we were aware of all incentives and rebates available during the purchase process. He made himself available during the many phone calls and texts. Ty W****** navigated us through the closing with transparency and without pressure for the “add one.” The service department made our new Mercedes pristine for delivery. The entire Leiken team made my wife and I feel very special. If in the market, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby for your next purchase.

    Awesome Dealership !!!
    Kevin was the salesman i done my dealing with and he was very up front and honest from the start. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox from him. I am from Maryland and made this purchase site unseen and the vehicle was just a described by Kevin. I am more then 100% happy with my purchase and the sales team.
    Would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Ask for Kevin and you won't go wrong.

    After 25 years as a loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby (Leikin Mercedes), I am deeply disappointed in how this dealership has declined under the new generation of management. What was once a professional operation now feels like a "buy here, pay here" lot.
    I recently needed a reliable car for winter and spring and reached out to the owner, someone I considered a friend. I requested an S-Class Mercedes 4Matic in good condition with everything working. He assured me they had two vehicles that fit the description. At the dealership, I was shown a 2017 S550, with documentation of $8,000 in repairs reportedly completed. However, the salesperson provided no real answers to my questions, citing inexperience.
    Trusting their word, I returned the next day with a check and purchased the car. Once home, I discovered damage and other issues not visible during the initial test drive, likely because the car was shown in a dimly lit garage. When I reported this, the dealership initially seemed willing to help and asked me to bring the car back.
    Shockingly, the owner later dismissed my concerns, claiming the car was sold "as is" and that I should have had it inspected. This is absurd, considering the rigorous inspections Mercedes-Benz dealerships are supposed to perform. I later learned from former employees that the dealership knowingly sold me a car requiring $9,000 in immediate repairs, confirmed by a ****** report and an experienced bodywork specialist.
    When I asked the owner to cover part of the repair as a goodwill gesture, he instead offered to unwind the deal but warned I would lose money due to "daily depreciation." Having sold my previous car, I reluctantly kept the vehicle, only to confirm repair costs of nearly $10,000.
    The dealership’s handling of this situation was dismissive and unprofessional. I no longer expect any resolution but will never do business with Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby again.
