  just a fyi this is about Rite Rug in general of ********, **** not the ************* location. My wife and I reached out to rite rug to get a estimate for our living room, the sales *** ***** showed up, we had a good talk, picked out carpet and got a good price. After that the sales guy refused to call or return our phone calls, text messages or emails, so we went to the warehouse on **** road and found out that this particular sales person is KNOWN for not returning messages who does that! So the wife and I went to ****** of all places got a good price and deal and got the carpet installed. with no issues or hassle. do not use rite rug if you can help it. We did go to the ************ location, they did not know who ***** was and they were of little help also, it was a Sunday in October so the store was not busy, we were the only people in the store besides staff.

  We recently hired Rite Rug for carpet installation throughout our home, and we are extremely disappointed with the quality of their service. The installation process resulted in significant damage to our baseboards in every room they worked onnot minor scuffs or scratches, but actual gouges and chunks taken out. Its evident that little care was taken during the installation, and were left with costly repairs to restore our baseboards to their original condition.Furthermore, the carpet itself feels far below the expected quality. While we were working with a budget, even this product seems subpar for the cost. It is uneven in multiple areas, with noticeable lumps that werent present before. Walking over these areas is uncomfortable, and its clear that the installation was not done correctly or there was a defect of some kind.We reached out to Rite Rug customer service on two occasions, hoping they would address the issues, but we received no assistance or follow-up. First with our salesperson then with customer support. The lack of accountability is frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the extent of the damage.Overall, our experience with Rite Rug has been deeply disappointing. We expected a professional installation and quality customer support but received neither. I would caution others to consider these issues before choosing Rite Rug for their flooring needs.

  We had rite rug install vinyl floors on the whole first floor. No one lives here but me and my wife. Grand kids and kids stop by. About 5months we decided to mop the floor and it started buckling. And othe pieces were coming off the wall panel. The guy never asked can he send someone to see he immediately said nothing can be done have to pay a service charge and additional cost for repairs. No a few Yeats 2. Our whole first floor is coming apart. Wouldn't recommend to build a dog house. Thus was a investment not temporary. Don't waste your time or money. Sincerely ****** *********

  The best way to rate a company is by how they solve an issue. I had ordered one color of flooring, they had installed another (I had left for work) and I let them know. They came back without any questions and reinstalled the correct product without any problems. I live in a pricey home and am very particular on how things look. The installers were AMAZING and made cuts I didnt think were possible. Im an extremely satisfied customer and will be a lifelong ********************** customer. Thank you to Will and ***** at the ******** location and to the two amazing installers.

  I am a REALTOR and refer many of my clients to Rite Rug. The ** team does a great job at an affordable price to make homes look better and easier to sell. The size of **'s stock means my clients are taken care of quickly and are not "oversold" - the ** representatives know what is necessary for the price point of the home.

  Recently had an entire first-floor project completed by RiteRug. *********************** was the project manager from start to finish and I can't say enough about his kindness and constant communication. He worked with me about my financial concerns and ensured the project was within my budget. The crew that came to my home was thoughtful and did a fantastic job with demo and install, the cleanup was spotless afterwards. *****, the lead installer, was patient with me and kept me updated throughout - kept his crew working safely and efficiently! I'm grateful for the start-to-finish customer service (appreciate the way you dealt with an anxious single Mom who needs every toilet working in the house) and patience from everyone. Not to mention the final product is amazing and it's like I have a brand-new home -- I stood in my living room with tears. What that crew did with my formerly crappy floors is nothing short of a miracle. Thank you thank you thank you!

  Great from start to finish! In home shopping with ************ was wonderful he understood what we were lookin for and brought great samples. He explained the process also. The installer team lead by ******* knew what they were doing they worked together and were very careful with house and furniture. There goal is to have a happy outcome.

  Rite Rug Flooring did an amazing job matching and installing flooring in my new home. Recently moving from NYC and new to SC, I was given a referral to Scott T***** and his crew. They did a fantastic job. Professional, reliable, and efficient I was very satisfied when the job was completed. I highly recommend Rite Rug for all of your flooring needs.

  RiteRug, and in particular Scott T***** was fantastic to work with. This is the 2nd time we’ve worked with RiteRug Flooring installing hard woods in our home. We decided to remove carpeting in two bedrooms. Scott was instrumental in making sure we had the right color match. His installation team was great, we couldn’t be happier. We’ve recommended RiteRug and specifically working with Scott T***** to many of our neighbors. Many thanks to Scott and his crew for doing an excellent job.

  We had an exceptional experience with RiteRug! The quality and price of the carpet was much better than the other competitors we looked at, and we are so glad we went with them. They came highly recommend by friends, and we understand why after working with Rachel. She was professional and took the time to answer our questions and work with us. The carpet install team was kind and did such good work. We were really impressed with the crew. We have two boys, and one was really curious about what they were doing, and the crew was kind when he wanted to see what they were doing.
