    CellTech , Celltech, CellTechExpress.com-I went to their websites and put in my phone specs for a buy back. They gave me an offer of $185 for a 5 yr old phone that had some scratches on the bezel so it was marked as good condition. Their good spec is: Good condition is the most common device condition. Average wear & tear consistent with normal use but 100% fully functional. No water damage. Battery health must show above 88% for iPhones under Battery Health in the settings. Battery health must show above 88% for iPhones under Battery Health in the settings.Again my phone had normal wear as indicated above but once they get your phone they want it to be like brand new but not sealed or its considered FAIR and they offer you $100 less. I would not take $85 for a iPhoneX in great condition with a brand new factory battery and always been in a case with a s**** protector. Just had light scary from the case on the bezel (normal wear).I will not do business with them again and I warn everyone else not to either.In order for you to get you phone back you must but a **** label and send it to them or they will recycle your phone.Once they have your phone they change the offer price.

    The phone in question was sent in to us to purchase from customer. Offer estimates are stated on website by condition grade. If customer device does not match condition, a re-quote will be sent. Customer did not accept re-quote, and the device has been returned to customer.We pay for shipping to us. If device is not in condition selected on website and customer does not accept the re-quote offer, it is responsibility of the customer to provide return shipping label. All steps and information is on our website.
