  First of all I think 10 stars are needed, need I say more. Nick, Corey, Ryan and Dillon were fantastic from start to finish. We needed both a sanitary back-up and a sump installed in order to correct the problems we were having. The cost was not going to be cheap and the work to be performed was a good sized undertaking. In the end the guys were able to reduce the cost by digging one hole instead of two, saving us a few hundred dollars. Only the hole in the driveway where the connections to the storm and sanitary were located was evidence that we had work performed. I would highly recommend Killeen to anyone needing plumbing work. Thanks Killeen, for a great job.

  We're very happy with the work performed by Killeen plumbing. With the heavy rains we were having, water was backing up into our basement sump pit. Corey, Nick and the rest of the crew of Killeen Sewer Division worked on locating the problem. A sewer line that was damaged and wasn't pitched correctly to drain water from the sump pit. The crew came, dug out and laid a new sewer line from the back of the house, working around our deck and trees in the yard to run the new line to the drainage ditch at the road. They added a clean out for the foundation drains and also cleaned them for us. They also install a new sump pump we had purchased for us. When the installation as complete, they checked to make sure water was flowing through the new drains, back filled where they had dug, They also took away the excess dirt and other items that were dug up, and cleaned up the yard where they had been working. For the few days they were working the crew was very courteous and answered questions we had about the installation.

  We were very impressed and happy with our experience with Killeen Plumbing. A relative has been having good service from them for years and she highly recommend them to us. We had a dripping turnoff valve that needed replacement ASAP and they came out less than 2 hours from my call. Randy and Josh were a great team! And because there were two of them, the job got done very quickly. They were friendly and professional. They were so nice we felt like they were treating us like a member of their own family and not just a customer. We want to upgrade some other fixtures and they shared their wisdom and options we had if we wanted to set up a future visit. They charged us a reasonable amount for the great work they did! We will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

  Extremely impressed with the service Killeen Plumbing provided this morning! John & Ryan were amazing!! We recently moved into our home and after just one shower the tub drain was backing up and we had a slight leak from the PVC pipe attached to the tub drain. Killeen was able to come out quickly and also willing to deal with the home warranty company on the phone with us. They came this morning and were super courteous and professional and helpful! They wore shoe covers to make sure our floors remained clean. They quickly diagnosed the problem which was a clog and a bad sealant on the pvc. They snaked the clog out and resealed the pvc and tested to make sure all was draining well and no leaks! They cleaned up after themselves and it is like they were never here. Super professional and will gladly use them for any future plumbing needs. Also very reasonably priced for plumbing work and super efficient!
