First I have to say the biggest Thank you to this company for standing behind everything they have done for us thus far. We had an amazing experience beginning with ****** ******, who is a remarkable salesperson and just all around good, respectful human being. I was beyond impressed! Very thorough and honest with all of the information he provided to us. He provided multiple personal contacts for us to reach him should we have any problems with our job at any time. The company was able to schedule and execute our job timely. When the job was over, they cleaned up so well that I was pleasantly surprised at the minimal bit of cleaning I was left with. After completion, a quality inspector came and walked the job, asked some questions to make sure that we were happy. He also advised me how to handle any issues that may come up in the future, such as regrading dirt if I felt necessary after settling. This company stands behind their work and offers a warranty that is completely transferrable. You pay a small fee to maintain your paperwork annually, which in my opinion is better coverage than the coverage my insurance company provided as they literally charge even more for barely any coverage. You get what you pay for, and ******** words were "you pay for white glove service" with us and that is exactly what we got!!!

FYI, A few weekends ago we had 5+ inches of rain in the area which is not normal. Prior to the rain coming I had Everdry come out to change out my check valves. While the servicemen were here, I asked them to check my back up sump pump, and battery to make sure it was in working order for the weekend. The gentleman told me that everything was in good shape and ready for the weekend. That Sunday the electricity went out for two hours and the backup sump pump did not work, and my basement flooded. After multiple phone calls, and people being out to my house that following week, I was told that the warranty that is issued by Everdry does not cover a backup sump pump, nor does it cover any water damage to my basement. I was very disappointed to hear this as I was given a different impression when I signed my contract five years ago and spent almost $30,000 to have this work completed. Now, I had to pay $1200. for a new back up sump pump to be installed, but I am also out my deductible from my insurance since I had to file because of the water damage.I've always been pleased with the ******* and service that I received from Everdry. I'm posting this so no one else is out thousands of dollars that you weren't expecting thinking that your backup or any water damage to your property would be covered under the warranty.Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati

We here at Everdry read, discuss, and investigate all our reviews. Our contracts clearly state that we do not cover consequential water or property damages, however we do cover the labor and materials needed for the repairs. The contract also states that the battery back-up system is covered under our warranty for five years. Our primary pumps are however covered under the lifetime transferable warranty. I appreciate your response but still struggle with being told my back up sump pump was in working order by your servicemen and it wasn't which caused my basement to flood and all the inconvenience and cost that comes with it.Review fromAlex S

****** ***** ****** **** ****** were the crew that came and done a wonderful job in my home! They were very respectful calling me maam , picking up after themselves, keeping me informed and answering all questions that I had. I am the tenant and they made me feel very safe and involved in the process. I would absolutely recommend this crew/company to others 100%. I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing company! Everyone from *****, who came to inspect our water problem, to Robert and his crew, who performed the work, have been helpful, thorough, and extremely conscientious. ****** took the time to answer all my questions. The crew was careful to protect areas during demolition, and left no mess behind upon completion. On top of quality work, all crew members were polite and friendly!
