Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the time commitment and preparation, refunds or exchanges for Coaching and Consulting services are not provided.  Services are tailored to the needs of the client.  The results will depend on the clients level of commitment and openness to doing the necessary work. A deposit of 50% is due at the time the contract is signed.  The remaining balance is due a week prior to the last meeting. Payment plans are also an option. The coach and consultant may mutually agree to terminate the contract and part ways. If that is the case, no funds will be returned or reimbursed.
