    Lindens propane I wouldn't use them charge 2 hundred dollars a year tank rental for not using amount gas for year switching to ferrell gas 65 year tank rental don't care about customer service

    Hello ****  I understand your frustration, but Linden’s Propane has had over $3,000 worth of assets installed at your residence, and since we placed our propane tank in service and filled it with 325 gallons on July 28, 2022, you have not purchased any gas, leading to the $200 “Minimum-use Fee.” Any business that wants to remain sustainable needs to produce some “Return On Investment,” no business can afford to invest $3,000 in assets for a customer and not make any money year after year. Last year we spoke to you on August 14, 2023, about the “Minimum-use Fee,” and as a one-time courtesy reduced it in half to $100 because you insisted that you would utilize 400 gallons per year, which is all we ask for a 500-gallon tank. Since then, you have not ordered any gas, and we spoke with you again on August 16, 2024, and we once again agreed to only charge you $100 for the “Minimum-use Fee.” We also suggested down-sizing your tank to a 250 gallon tank to try to avoid future “Minimum-use Fees,” but you declined. We believe we have tried our best to work with you and provide excellent customer service, and we are sorry you feel differently.
