They did a great job replacing the existing patio and sidewalk as well as a new step into the house. They lightly stamped it for a decorative look. It was done in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves. Good communication with fast follow up. Would recommend.

Wouldn't even give a star but otherwise it wouldn't allow me to leave the review. They came out, gave us a bid, said they would put do the work in the spring. Spring turned into summer, summer to fall, fall to winter. They kept saying next month... next month would come... next month... next month came and went. Pretty soon it was a yr. We received many excuses. They said we would be first of the yr. the following yr. Well that came and went. Nothing. They didn't even call us. Very unprofessional! We at Funks Concrete LLC apologize we couldn't get to your project sooner. Concrete is weather permitting and we were short staffed last year. You were on our schedule for first thing this spring. Now that we know you found another company to complete the work we will go ahead and remove you from our schedule.
We apologize again for not getting to you sooner. We had a very busy work load last year and jobs were delayed. I wish we could control our "Ohio Weather" unfortunately we cannot.T. B.

Well maybe we should clarify. You originally stated you could start the project spring 2021. Each month that year you postponed and delayed for different reasons. At the end of 2021 you stated we would be your first project 2022. But again, you delayed or wouldn’t respond. So we found another company.. You never called us all year! It didn’t rain all yr!
