      1/16/25 paid 500 car hold with jason on 1/24/25 salesman jason said i would be refunded due to change of mind salesperson jason ive contacted subaru of dayton 6 times with no resolution they still send me sales texts and messages

      We refunded Mr. ***** his $500 on 1-24-2025. 6 days prior to him reaching out to the BBB. We communicated with him as well on that day that it was refunded. Please remove any derogatory info based on the facts provided please.

      I have not heard from the company.  The last correspondence was before I created this compliant. I asked for a full or partial refund and for shop notes with error codes for the work done to the car. ***** the service manager told me he could not help me and never provided me any shop notes. I have contacted my bank and credit card to create a dispute for these charges, since I paid for repairs that did not get done by this dealership and I had to take it to another dealership.  I don't believe that Subaru of Dayton has answered their requests either.  Currently, the money is back in our account and as long as they do not reverse the credits and give the money back to Subaru of Dayton then I would be satisfied.  I am not sure what Subaru of Dayton will do next if their payment is gone. s know what the status of the car was. When we called to check up he had excuses why it wasn't ready. The second time we dropped it off, we were given a loaner car, but ***** did not do a better job contacting us. When I called to check on it there was always an excuse, parts weren't in, they weren't sure what exactly was wrong with it, tech was sick. Finally 2 months later we got our car back. The tech left fries in the back seat. Within 24 hrs same light was on again. Took it to Kings Subaru and had them fix it. It was diagnosed within a couple hours. The new wiring harness that we had paid Kings to replace was installed on top of the bolt to the transmission and the harness shorted out. We paid over 7 thousand dollars and did not have our car for 5 months with no explanation on what the root cause was. We also asked for notes or diagnosis codes and received nothing from dealership. In notes and conversation we were told out of 4 parts they installed 2 had to be replaced.
