  I will not get into the specifics of the substance and cause of my case, or my own case number (at least not now). All I will say is that this company is not at all good at what it advertises itself to do. I paid both the phase I and II services, and the blackmailer STILL leaked my information and found me and PM'ed me with what they've done. I've sent NUMBEROUS emails to DFC, telling them they failed and that I wish not only to end the payments, but also to get a full refund for their incompetence AND poor treatment of me as one of their customers and clients. Funny thing is that they NEVER responded to those emails. And now they have the AUDACITY to say that if I don't pay them back, they'll send my case over to their legal team and I could potentially be prosecuted. As if my actions, ESPECIALLY due to their incompetence and inhumane treatment of me as a client, even if it's a remote transaction, they still used fear mongering and scare tactics to coerce me into a position where I am forced to comply. Digital Forensics Corps is a disgusting failure excuse, and a scam. Anyone who's gotten into a social media blackmail case who needs help is better off going to law enforcement. They're competent, understanding, and most of all credible and trustworthy. DFC is not. Do not pay for their sorry excuses of services. And if any representative of member of DFC is reading this, know that I am not the only one who has been robbed of time and money by you. HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of individuals have suffered and gone broke or bankrupt because of your overpriced and disgustingly ineffective services. I suggest all of you get real jobs that actually help benefit the greater whole of society, and not just be a scammer who likes to scare people into giving you their hard-earned money.

  This company is very convincing on upgrading to premium service at a high cost. Once you agree the terms of rapid response are not met even though paid $1500 to start with the remaining balance agreed as mo they payments. The case was not completed timely if Fact it has been 5 months and I still have not received my report. But they call 4 to 5 times a day plus email about payments not going through. I have tried emailing 8 different people but no reasons. The callers all say the same scripted phone message. Don't waste your time, energy and money on this business

  These people are worse than the scammers themselves, they drain your bank account just like the scammers would I signed this under distress and not knowing what to do and they use scared tactics to get you to sign up for their stuff I’m sick of this and I wanted to end.

  This company is a complete scam. I could have done what they did on my own. I was scared and being extorted online and all they did was text the scammer and sent them a link. All that for $7000 plus interest. Now every time I send an email to my account manager Pablo Cantillo I get no response. I am requesting a refund for this service since everything that they did anyone else could have; including myself. My case number is ******

  I was a victim of sextortion, was in a panic and did not know what to do. First thing that came up on google was their number. They take advantage of the situation and offer this service to 'help you out'. Phase 1 is basically an empty threat they make to the extortionist and it doesn't do anything. I paid them a $1000 down payment and will be paying 200 monthly for the next two years. I was told that I would not need phase 2, and that it is even a rare thing, but they kept nagging me to get phase 2 which would have costed like another thousands of dollars. Phase 1 for me did not stop the threats from the scammer, for some reason they sent back a friend request to the scammer and had them send me one last threat on day 6. Although my plan was a 7 day service, they told me that the case was closed. Of course, I was fed up with it and also had no money to put as down payment, so I declined it. Phase 1 alone essentially offers nothing if the scammer does not feel threatened. Phase 2 is where they send their report to the local police and a supposed safety plan. Now I am in the same situation I was during the initial threats, except paid 10x more than what the extortionist demanded. I was being scammed from both sides.

  BEWARE! On 6/4/24, there was to be a scan and removal of malicious software for 3 devices, and install the malware and antivirus software, that was to be completed within 3 business days, costing $149.00 per mo. (The scan and removal were not completed within 3-business days.) There was a problem, submitting the Authorization Form, on 6/4/24 and on 6/8/24, I requested a copy that was received, on 6/17/24. I requested it again, and it was not sent until 6/25/24. Neither was what was submitted, because they didn’t have my original initials and signatures. On 6/4/24, I received a questionnaire, for the spyware, cybersecurity and spyware diagnostics, and returned it, with uploaded documents, and told they could not read, nor print the documents, because they did not have access to a printer. I was also sent a questionnaire about sextortion, which my case was never about such and later, told this was sent in error. On 6/10/24, I received an email saying the remote acquisition was to be done, on 7/10/24, and told this was an error, and was scheduled for 6/11/24, and would take 40 minutes to 1-hour, which took almost 2.5 hours. They never mentioned, but later said there is a monthly fee of $12.00 for each device, for the malware and antivirus software installed, then later in the same conversation, said it was $13.00. I now see on 2 of the devices that, it’s to expire 12/1/26. I received 3-other case no. thinking they were related to the 3-devices and told these was from the other cases I had, from last year and prior years. I’ve never used their services, prior to this year. I was told the name of person related to the cases, and was sent the actual report and findings, of this person’s case. On 6/26/24, I requested the 2nd scan and said I wanted to cancel the monthly services, that was to end on/or about 7/3/24. They said all services were cancelled the day, I made the request, and the 2nd re scan of each-device, was not performed, before the month ended.

  Scamers they don’t care , all they care is about ur money getting to there pockets not helping u, and if u don’t pay they love to threaten u, so how do I get out of there contract so tired of it and I am living pay to pay and now my wife was let go a month ago and I did ask them to cancel on service and I can just finish paying the other one but no answer and 4K that I owe them not worth the. Service they give cause the scamer that they act like there scared off is back harrasing me again . I am done and need help out of this . I want out so bad and I ask for a refund as the refuses to do that I been paying over a yr now and still no solution or help on there side . Lest they can be nice and say since phase 2 didn’t really help me then we would cancel that for u. But since there not a caring business they not going to help me that way and just let go I. Debt paying there pockets for 4K of work that they really didn’t do, all they did really is told me to block them and change my number that not 4 k worth of work. And never caught the person of got back my money or info from them . All they said guy is from Nigeria. But there all gun ho on there customer about paying and threating there life if not paid and send to court which is wrong them , they suppos to help u not act like that and if u can aford it cause things happen in life then should be agreeing to close u out and not stress or threating for u to pay . Sorry and the scammer is still harassing me hard and that not fair on me by any means and should be having to pay for that suck service . So can some one help me out of these money hungry people and when I ask to talk to manager they always get mad and come up with excuses . That’s not a business’s sorry . Business making sure ur customer is. Taken care of to the fullest in any means necessary. Not make the stress about getting sued or what ever . Some time u guys have to help and take loses and telling me best thing is change my number sorry that’s not 4k

  I agreed to a phase 1 contract on July 6th, was contacted maybe one time, all other times I had to call for any update, I was helped out by my local authorities much faster, so I called back the next day to push through a cancellation ticket, and now I’m having to call every other hour to someone telling me they’ll call back, I don’t mind not receiving full refund back, I just want the contract fully cancelled. Very weird business practice.

  all in all it is a scam and they will trick you into paying them the same way the extortionist would do it. they do not offer any service that you cannot simply do yourself, this is a complete scam and do not even waste your time. I have requested a refund and have yet to receive a call from customer service or anybody at all. they just want to take your money. i need to be contacted by this company and i need to be issued a refund immediately no services were used

  I fell for the digital forensics scam when I was intoxicated. They do everything over the phone, ask for no verification and then take your card information over the phone too. When I asked for credentials of the company all they sent me was the script of service or whatever they call it. I understood what the service was for I just wanted to see the legitimacy of the company. They told me what rate they charged at and when I told them the scammer had taken all my money besides 300 dollars they said we still want to help you we just need that 300 dollars to get started. So all they wanted was my money and I doubt they had any plans of stopping for more. After a day I called my "advisor" and he wasn't there and no body else could update me on my case. I read somewhere where they had the three day refund policy and I paid for a weeks worth of service on the second day I had recieved no calls or responses to emails or texts. I called them and decided I wanted a refund. Before they notified me I logged back into my accounts and saw all they had done was blocked and removed the extortionist from my accounts (work I could of easily done). They called me while I was on break at work and told me they had completed the service. I responded confused that I had put in a refund ticket and asked for a cancellation. The guy ends up hanging up on me without going over my review or even sending it to me. Then days go by I thought I was out of my contract. They call me today talking about how the refund is not able to be processed and I am stuck in my contract because they had completed the service although I have no confirmation that my pictures or anything are gone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
