    I ordered two front wheels for my lawn mower from troy BILT they sent one wheel wrong i ask them to let me send back the lady i talked to said yes we sent the wrong wheel but they do not take returns ask could i get my money back they said no i gave them model number when i ordered them my case number is ******** talked to 4 people 4 times same old story we dont give refunds and will not pay to send them back it would cost me more to send back bad co **** **** Ferndale wa. still no help from them.

    I purchased items for my lawn mower from this company, and paid in full, but Troy Bilt sent me the wrong parts this occurred in 07/2024 . I have contacted Troy Built via telephone call and talked to their customer service about their mistake sending the wrong parts to me, and have heard nothing from Troy Bilt as of the filing (02/09/2025) BBB please help me recover my loses. Thank you.

    I bought a brand new Troy Bilt zero turn mower in 2022. It lasted for about 50 hours total before it died. Troy Bilt's slogan that is printed on the lawnmower says, "Built for Life." Well, I've lived way more than 50 hours, so I don't see how that's accurate. The lawnmower was under warranty, so I brought it in to Troy Bilt's warranty repair shop. They have had it for over 6 months and they said they still can't figure out what is wrong with it. I think I know what is wrong with it. My friend down the street who makes a good living doing lawnmower repair said that they started importing their engines from *****.

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had regarding my order with Troy Bilt and its dishonesty. I feel compelled to address the misleading information I received about shipping and associated charges. When I placed my order August 27th, I was assured if I buy over $45 standard shipping which according their online ordering is between 3 to 5 business days and that there would be no hidden charges. However, till today, September 4th I have not received my order. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration and delay of my projects. Moreover, the shipping timeline provided was not adhered to, and I have yet to receive my order. I attempted to reach out to Troy Bilt customer service team for clarification, but the responses I received were vague and did not address my concerns adequately. They insisted that shipping they promised was 10 days wich is NOT True according to screenshot below. As a customer, I expect honesty and clear communication regarding my purchases. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, including a full explanation of misleading customer about delivery time the charges and an update on the status of my order.Despite my attempts to resolve the situation by reaching out to customer service team via phone. I had to call the customer 3 times and each time they put me on hold for over 45 minutes and no-one was able resolved my issue. They also refused I can speak to their Manager twice, Third time someone put me on hold and she stated that Supervisor decided not to do anything because shipping is within 10 days which not what online order states and I have all screen shots from my order.

    Ordered a Troy-Bilt mower and two accessories (30" bagger and a hauler) on July 3rd. I used a promo code and recieved 15% off of the hauler and the bagger. The 3 - 5 day shipping option was checked as the only option with a price of $129. On July 5th I called the company because even though the charge was pending on my debit card, I never received a receipt for the purchase. I was surprised to find out they were closed. On Monday, July 8th I called in and inquired. I waited for over an 1.5hr to speak to a person. They said they had not processed my order and the shipping would be 8 - 10 businesses days from whenever they processed the order. I said I agreed to pay the $129 for 3 - 5 day shipping. They said "We've been meaning to fix the shipping times listed on the website." I replied that it was unacceptable, I paid the $129 thinking I would be receiving my products in the next couple of days, but 8 - 10 businesses day (from whenever) would be at least two weeks. They canceled my order. I was told they were able to cancel the mower, but they needed to reach out to the warehouse to cancel the other items. This was 9:30 am. The next day I was informed thst the hauler and bagger were both canceled before they shipped, but that they had scheduled for UPS to pickup the items. On Tuesday, July 9th I was charged $981.01!!! Again, no receipt and I did not authorize another charge to my account. Finally, after 2 days and 4 more hours on the phone, I received two invoices which showed I was charged FULL price for the hauler and the bagger ($120 more than the discounted price I had originally paid) AND $129 for freight shipping even though I had already canceled my order Monday morning and the items were shipped via UPS ground. On July 12th, the hauler and bagger were delivered along with the pickup slip. I now have these 2 100lb boxes sitting in my driveway and told they can not schedule pickup. They still have my $981.01!! Never, never order from this company.

    We ordered a part to be delivered in 3-5 business days. It has been longer than that and the order still shows it hasnt shipped. Ive been on hold for more than 45 minutes twice and nobody answers the phone. Their message continuously reminds me that I am important to them. What a joke! So, no part and no way to cancel the order and get it somewhere else.

    Troy Bilt has the worst customer service that I've encountered anywhere. I've spent hours trying to return parts that they sent wrong. I have yet to talk to a customer service rep. I would strongly advise to stay away from their products.

    They will not stand behind their products! Wont even talk to you after you wait forever!!! Bad business.. this mower is possessed!! It goes forward without being in gear!!!

    Brought a Troy-Bilt lawn mower it was in shop twice in 8 months cannot get a hold of Troy Bilt The shop that fixed it couldn’t get ahold of them either Lawnmower lcosted me $165 don’t ever buy a troy belt lawnmower from *******. You’ll be sorry I give them an F rating ******* and Troy Bilt

    We bought a new Cultivater @ *******.. ran 1 tank thru it, then it wouldn't run !! ******* won't take it back because it's had gas in it. Called troybilt, on hold for 2 hrs. NOTHING.. started an online chat, went from #11..to #4.. back to #11 !! Called 3 of their local service centers, on their website, to be told they only work on WHAT THEY SELL!!! Ugh !! I would give them ZERO stars if I could !! DO NOT BUY !!!
