Title: A Cautionary Tale: My Experience with Dwight Yoder Builders in *********** Rating: ? (1 out of 5)In my opinion, based on my experience, you may have a different experience but, I would strongly advise caution when considering Dwight Yoder Builders for your construction needs. I was initially drawn to their work when I saw a beautiful home in Middlefield with their sign out front. I was assured over the phone that they were the right company for my three-car garage project and that I would save money due to their "fair and honest" pricing. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I followed up a week later. The once polite receptionist treated me with utter disdain, as if my time and project were of no importance. Her tone was rude and condescending, even stating, "yes, we know, you called a week ago."I had even delayed the installation of a whole-house generator to accommodate their supposed expertise, only to receive a dismissive text message today, September 1, 2023, telling me they're too busy and to remove them from my list of considerations. (2 weeks)In my opinion, based on my experience, Dwight Yoder Builders in Middlefield do not respect your time or intelligence. If you're looking for a professional who can do more than just send you pictures of someone else's work (because who knows if it's theirs or not), you should probably keep looking. That's my experience, and you may have a different one, but I felt it was important to share.
