"This is a complete waste of a business at this point, I’ve had them come out to fix my UNIVERSAL BLOWER FAN that they installed two different times because of their negligence due to the first time they forgot to put a washer on a bolt after installing and they neglected to balance it after they fixed it the second time and broke the bracket to the fan itself and had it bouncing around inside the bird cage that houses it. And now they tell me that I have to replace my whole furnace because of their negligence." ... Read full review
