    Purchased a $3k audio system with install. I specifically asked that it be installed so that it could be de-installed quickly so I can reinstall factory speakers and get factory audio back.When I needed to de-install, I found that the factory speakers were snipped at the connectors. When I brought this in and asked what happened, staff seemed annoyed with me and repeatedly told me its $150 an hour for them to do anything. The owner ****** ***** was sitting at the counter when i described what happened to him. I even brought in the snipped wire harnesses to show them that the left side speakers were done ok, but the right side both were snipped!***** did make a quick harness for me to use, free of charge. It was a few wires and a few **** connectors. Probably $1.00 in material cost and maybe 5 minutes work. When I used the harness that ***** made and got my speakers back in, factory audio was back! Then I removed the amp and obviously no audio after that. Called the shop and they said they were too busy with installs to help me. This was clearly NOT the installation I had asked for. Now I have to take my car back to the dealership with a non-working radio. That's going to cost me. The audio system itself sounded great and the physical install looked good and looked clean and professional until you look closely at the wiring they do inside the doors. Found the 2 crossovers for each speaker in the front was zip-tied to another wire. Literally just hanging there, not properly secured. Although they did have my car for 2 days more for the install than they said they would have it. This was even after I dropped it off EARLY and left keys with them.When they make a mistake, its like pulling teeth to get them to fix it. **************** means a lot. Especially when you're spending thousands of dollars with a company.I planned on taking my new car back to Summit Sound to get another audio system installed, but after this experience, I'll probably go elsewhere.
