      Excellent install same day made my entire family room entrance look so much better the patio floor now sparkles when the sun hits it I will probably get the garage done too

      Very good experience all around. My salesman **** ****** was very informative and helpful. Also he was very prompt to return my calls if I had questions. Customer service was good and installers were very good .

      I'm giving Nature Stone 5 stars, even though we did have some issues with the salesman. **** **********, in customer service (****) more than made up for any dissatisfaction. **** went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He was one of the most responsive customer service people I have ever dealt with. I must add that the first 2 installers did an excellent job. Then ***** (from ****) came back when we had an issue. Great work both times. Again, our only complaint was about the salesman, and customer service more than made up for his lack of knowledge.

      I had my garage floor done by Nature Stone. The results far exceeded my expectations. I was not really familiar with the process, but having all my questions respectfully answered by salesperson **** ****, I felt confident to proceed. The floor is beautiful and easy to maintain.I would highly recommend this crew.******** ********

      Offensive Customer Sales Estimate Process: A sales *** by the name of ****** visited my house. I needed the garage floor done - square footage is over 700 sq. ft. These sales ***s are not like regular contractors providing a free estimate. First, ****** refused to believe that the 99c plus installation was being offered by Nature Stone and told me this promotion had ended and made me feel like he was doing me a huge favor by giving this price which ended up being $9 per sq. foot after all the installation costs are added. The total cost was over $5,000, then it moved to $6,000 and if I didn't sign up immediately with a 20% deposit the cost moved to $7000. Nature Stone does not provide this estimate via writing or email and they have multiple price sheets and the price keeps shifting. Then ****** showed me expensive products at $12,000 or $15,000 and when I said I needed time to think, he got mad and started yelling at me. ****** was condescending, and discriminatory, and wanted to waste my time with his sales pitch. He said this deal was not available the next day and he said he would write an X against my name if I didn't sign up immediately. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY PREY ON OLD PEOPLE AND FORCE YOU TO SIGN UP IMMEDIATELY. NO PRINTED ESTIMATE IS PROVIDED FOR YOU TO COMPARE

      The reviewer's representation of their interaction with Nature Stone is completely false and absurd. This is likely a competitor or someone on behalf of a competitor attempting to tarnish the good reputation of a 30 plus year company serving more than ******* very satisfied customers. That or they are using this forum to try to extort a lower price. Our pricing is fair, our sales team is professional and courteous, and our product is incredible. We invite anyone to contact us and see for themselves. Thank you.

      Great product, but terrible costumer service. Nature Stone workers spread our stone uneven on our back patio. We have taken pictures and spoke with the salesman and their warranty office, stating they would get back to us. No word from Nature Stone. I have contacted their warranty office and was told they have a new warranty person working and would be reaching out to us. No one called us. My wife and I have called, sent emails and pictures and was told management would contact us. No word from Mangement and this has been going on since June 2024

      Nature Stone was out today to seal my garage floor and repair a couple areas under warranty. the workers were diligent and did a great job. Thanks to ****** for setting it all up. We have enjoyed the product and the service we have received.
