The business response reflected that they were experiencing shipping issues resulting from a nationwide change in refrigeration technology which caused increased supply chain demands. In addition, the business cited congestion and delays in the Panama Canal that have impeded their ability to maintain some of our proposed shipping times. They also stated they are providing transparent and prompt communication about the status of customer orders and anticipated delivery schedules to the best of their ability.
