    The order was delivered in excellent condition. All items were packaged well and the shippers were pleasant to deal with. I have yet to install the 2 heaters (house and shop) but expect no problems. I have set the mounts for the mini splits and all is going better than expected. Overall, I am very happy with the service and products I have received from HVAC DIRECT and plan to use them in the future.

    They are liars and unreliable. They keep giving me new excuses and new shipment dates. It's been 3 weeks and it's not even out their door.... but when I ordered, it said it was in stock. Pathetic company!

    Worst experience ever!!! Hvacdirect Customer service sucks. First they sell you something they don’t even have, then they would contact you and offer something cheesy instead. I bought an equipment which should be shipped within 7-8 days. I just had to cancel the order because they dragged it for 2 months, every time I contacted customer service they would give me new shipment day. Looks like they were hoping to push me their own cheesy brand ACIQ instead. I ended up ordering from another supplier and received the product within 8 days.

    I bought a furnace and a roof jack. We don't need the roof jack which is still in the box and they won't let us return it.
    BEWARE---of a whole list of non returnables.
    Now I'm out $220. This was not an obvious notice on the product!

    I order a $3000 order 2 gree mini splits 25.2 seer head and condenser was told 7 to 10 business days and i would have my order i ordered on 12th it is now the 23rd and i haven’t even received a tracking number ive called 4 plus times and all the customer service people give me the same answer it will be shipping soon or they will look into it and call me back with no call backs I’ve never dealt with a company that has such horrible communication and lies being told I was super excited to order from this place and order in the future but i definitely will never be doing that again if I can’t get my order in time I will be canceling my order
