Purchase Agreement

Please ensure your sales consultant outlines a complete listing of optional equipment & additional items included with your purchase on this document. We refer to this document as a guide to ensuring you receive everything you're expecting when you take delivery.

Titles

Non-Ohlo US Residents Only

if you finance with Jeff Couch’s RV Nation, you are required to complete a state-to-state transfer of your Ohio title (provided) within 30 days of taking
delivery of your new RV.

Delivery

We contract outside transport agencies to handle delivery of your new RV to your location. Although we facilitate delivery. we do not have complete control over this process and you will pay the transportation company directly for their services. Any delivery fee noted on this purchase agreement is only an estimate and may be subject to change at the time delivery is scheduled. You will be required to sign a release indicating your new RV Is either free of
damage, or items which have been damaged. If damage is noted, only items indicated (if valid warranty items) on the release will be covered by our warranty department.

Warranty

Your RV warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the RV. We do aid In facilitating coverage of warranty issues, but in no way does this imply that any part of the RV Is warrantied by Jeff Couch’s RV Nation. We now work with over 2,600 service centers throughout the US and Canada to address any issues you may encounter. We also want you lo be aware of a few “holes” in the manufacturer's coverage that exist:

(1) Service calls to a campsite or other location are not covered by manufacturer's warranty.
(2) Tires are not covered under manufacturer's warranty.
(3) Inner slide seals, excluding manufacturer defects, are not covered by manufacturer's warranty.

Payments

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit Is required to place a hold or factory order on a new RV with our company. In the event of a manufacturer price increase that does not exempt the unit you have secured, you will have two options: cancel your order and receive a full refund of your deposit or pay the additional amount to compensate for the increase in cost.

Down Payments
This may be paid with a cashier's check, wire transfer, or major credit card {maximum of $3,000). Wire transfers must dear prior to taking delivery.

Balance

We cannot release your new RV for delivery until it has been paid in full. We do not accept personal checks for the balance owed on your new RV.
Complete balance payments may be paid using any of the following methods:

Financing

A photocopy of your driver's license and proof of insurance is required to release your RV for delivery.

When financing, you are pre-approved and qualified for an interest rate that is valid for 30 days. Prior to closing, we will verify your credit
to make sure no changes have occurred. Please do not make any large purchases, sign up for any credit cards, add large amounts to
credit card(s), or make late payments. Changes to your credit may affect your interest rate. if your credit has changed, 8 new rate may be applied to the terms of your financing.

Cashiers Check
US Bank drafts are accepted if you are a Canadian resident
Wire Transfer 

Transfers must clear prior to delivery date. You ere required to pay associated transaction fees.

A photocopy of your driver's license and proof of Insurance is required 10 release your RV for delivery.

You are responsible for insurance coverage on your new RV at time of purchase. This includes RVs which remain at RV Nation's location beyond
the date of sale or those which are delivered to your location,

Factory Orders

Factory Modifications .
Alt ordered RV are subject to floor plan and options changes at the discretion of the manufacturer. Refunds will not be offered for these unexpected

changes. This includes decor alterations and substitutions made by the manufacturer, Also, due to factory scheduling, the model year may change during
production, causing you to receive model year newer than expected.

Order Modifications

We do not guarantee modifications to ordered RVs during the production process. Changes requested are unlikely to be completed by the manufacturer after the initial order is placed. Refunds contingent on these changes baling made ere not offered.

Order Lead Time

When RVs are on order, an estimated build time Is requested from the manufacturer, This estimate will vary based upon many factors such as season and demand. This estimate should not be considered an exact scheduled date, Refunds will not be offered on a lead Time that exceeds the original estimate,
