  THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY - NEVER FINISHED THE JOB AND LEFT MY YARD A MESS

  We gave Mrs. *** a day rate which is 7 hours of work and customer was to pick priority items she would want done in the 7 hours. It was even put on her original quote it would take a day and a half to finish the complete job. Mrs. *** also told us we could access the job by her neighbor's yard but, when we got there customer said we could not use it and that she does not like her neighbors anymore. Customer was home all day and told crew multiple times what she wanted done. We gave her a free extra half hour of work trying to get more cleaned up. Mrs. *** called in saying she would like the rest of the work done, ***** our bookkeeper told her it would be an added cost and our arborist would go out and take a look to assess how much longer it would take. We sent her the bill back in August which customer never paid.  **** went back out to assess yard 3 weeks ago and we sent her the estimate of the remaining cost. We asked her to pay the first invoice since it had been 6 months and we tried over a handful of times to collect. I called her yesterday so we could get on the same page and she called me back very hostile and screamed yes let's get on the same page, or *** ***** * **** * *** *** ***** ****** to which I was very confused, ***** got on the phone to let her know that she spoke to her originally and reminded her of their conversation and Mrs. *** hung up on her and called **** the arborist and said ***** was screaming at her. **** said I am in the office, and she was not screaming, and she said Well whatever, I am not paying the bill take me to court and I am going to give you a bad review then hung up on *****

  One morning, heard a tree crew doing work nearby. I followed my ears to the location of the 3 man working crew. Spoke in brief with the man (******) in the very modern, all red, crawling rubber tracked boom lift asking if woodchips were available. He said they usually don't dump unless the box/ chipper truck was full, but talk to the ground guy.. we exchanged phone numbers and ended up getting a massive load delivered within two hours as the curly willow was still meeting its end! Remained in contact and received two additional loads in the future!! They've helped immensely in my mission to reduce erosion and sedimentation entering the Swan Creek watershed. Contacting the office, (*******) has been extremely knowledgeable and possessed a wonderful, considerate demeanor interacting with myself from the public. The curly willow stump was obliterated within a week, and speaking to my neighbors, they were very happy with the total service and price, epically given the close proximity to the power lines.
