    The doctor is always willing to help you with what he can but the front desk staffing will make you seek business some place else. There is always a rude woman by the name of **** that answers the phone majority of the time. She is quick to tell you what she can’t help you with and doesn’t even try to help you with resolving your issues. She does not relay messages back to the doctor that she says she is taking. She has even hung up the phone on me when she didn’t feel like explaining things to me anymore. She’s always had an attitude when I call in as if she hates her job. She is very impatient when she speaks to me and should not be performing a job that involves customer service. If she speaks to me in that manner,I’m sure she speaks to others that way. The doctor should not have people working for him with these types of attitudes. This will slowly ruin his business.
