I hired this company off the BBB website. They had an A+ rating and they were hired to put vinyl siding on my house. They started the week of April 7, 2025 and were shut down by the City of ****** on April 25, 2025 for not pulling a permit *** *** ***** ******** within the City of ****** to do siding. I now have siding on 1/2 of my house, and have to look for a contractor to start all over. I am out thousands of dollars. Thanks AAA for not properly vetting these companies!

hello **** ,As we've discussed this was a misunderstanding on our part with permit requirements from the city of ******, as we are a small company starting out we are licensed in ****. We have been in constant contact with you as we correct this issue. We have even openly offered you to call the permit office to insure we are doing everything needed. While you listed the dates of your job being worked on you know as well that the weather was a main factor in the length of time on your home. Also factoring in that we were held up by ****** ****** due to a live wire on your house, and issues with your neighbor with your property line. Your home is 75% completed with curb view completed. To say your out thousands when you have only paid for materials that you have in your possession. You haven't paid any labor cost which we have had to pay our employees and we've paid the fine for the stop work order. We have photos to show all progress of your home and by street value your home looks great. Lets also note we bided your job thousands of dollars lower then we should have to fit inside your budget as your home is also concrete home. Along with us agreeing to wrap your chimmy FOR FREE to stop a leak on your roof. As a small business we are out thousands of dollars for the work that was completed on your home. We will be licensed to pull permits in ****** here soon.Review fromAlfred B
