Unprofessional company unreliable with showing up ,and messed up the new faucet installation causing me over $300 for a replacement.Bathroom fan they fitted was wired wrong they had to submit contract that job;and the vent is not working as well as it did when first fitted.

This customer provided materials for portions of this work. We cannot control the cost of materials that the customer chooses. We also cannot control if the customer purchases materials that will not correctly fit. Our options were limited with the vent because of the available space. We did uninstall and reinstall 2 new vents. With regard to their claim of being unreliable, we recorded over 37 hours at this residence. This does not include return trips for issues the customer had. As we do not bill per hour, this was all in excess of the original quote. We strive for customer satisfaction, but there are just occasions when clients will never be contented.Review fromKenneth V
