    I will NEVER go here again! I just went in for new tires and when I left there was shaking. I took it back in and they said all 4 tires were out of balance so they balanced them. They then proceeded to tell me that one of my wheels were bent so there would be some shaking but they would put it in back so it wasn't as noticable until I decided to replace it ( I had absolutely no shaking before I got tires from them). After I left there was still significant shaking (after 2 balances) so I called customer service manager and he looked at the notes from my last visit and told me I had 2 bad wheels. It was bad enough I didn't have shaking before taking it into them but now I'm getting different information so I just said forget it and I'm taking it somewhere else to get looked at. I took my car somewhere else and they checked all 4 wheels and said they are all fine but 2 tires were still unbalanced! Thank God for the other shop because now my car rides great like before taking it to tire man. They are a complete rip off and tried to scam me out of 100s of dollars for new wheels that I did not need! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE! All of this is not even including the alignment that they said they did twice but didn't which they did refund me for the alignment.
