"Fuel oil Furnace was air locked,( happens occasionally) asked Ed's heating and cooling to fix it, I specifically asked for a technician with experience with fuel oil furnaces. Two very young guys came out, I told them what I suspected was wrong, after a very long time they say someone needed to bring a tool for them they needed, never saw anyone bring the tool." ...
