    Poorly managed. ***** the manager is extremely rude and condescending to staff and customers. Took 30+ minutes to get food, which is consistently the case when we visit this location. When asked to speak to the manager, ***** didnt want to hear our frustrations and became very confrontational. He was rude, throwing his hands in the air and telling us we shouldve went to *************** instead because the wait time would be the same. When asked for a refund of money for cold food and melted ice cream, he refused and said How about we dont do that? How about not! The teenagers working there are working in a toxic environment and should find employment elsewhere. Manager ***** seems like he could snap on someone one day, whether a customer or an employee. He needs to be investigated and fired from Dairy Queen immediately. The store was in complete chaos. He was speaking to his employees in an unprofessional manner in front of customers. Numerous customers had been waiting 30+ minutes for their food. Comments on a ********************** show that numerous community members have experienced very similar situations at this business and with this same Manager. We will not go back to this location again. My son worked there for a short period of time when he was 16 and was treated poorly by a female manager named *******. She sent rude, inappropriate and unprofessional text messages to him. As a first job, this was a terrible experience for him. I had to convince him that not all companies treat their employees like that. This business needs investigated immediately. An overhaul of upper management should be considered.
