      I love the product. I get compliment after complement for my Pool side shed?? I use the insulated vinyl and will continue to my home that I am having redone with Provia products

      I signed a contract on March 10th with a charming salesman, Christian S******. $18,061.00 for 2 ProVia doors, installation was April 1st. The installation was very poor. The front door was not water-tight; in fact, you could see daylight through the threshold. The back doorframe was cracked, I'm convinced the crew knew it at the time, because the the man said, oh **** after the wood cracked. I called immediately, and after 4 days, they came out to fix the front door. The door failed after "Q" left, and someone else came a few weeks later. he fixed only the front door and said they would install a new frame on the back door on April 29th. I asked ********* the other day for a $1000 credit, and I would have the back door repaired myself. ********* refused my offer.
      Today is May 13th, and ********* called this morning to say a person would be out to fix the door tomorrow. I don't know how ********* earned all the 5* reviews? I have heard that some companies have friends and family post on their behalf. I do feel they owe me a refund and a real fix to my doors.

      I would leave 0 stars if I could. We have had numerous problems since windows were installed over a couple years ago. They even installed all new windows a second time that still didn't fix the issue. Of course they wanted to try and blame the climate of our house. There repait tech Mike S**** came out and found many defects in the building of the windows. We are having issues again and I called Todd over a month ago and haven't heard anything back. I would highly recommend not using this brand of windows. They tried numerous times to fix and we thought it was finally fixed but we were wrong. I have many videos and pictures of the issues we have had

      We had some older windows replaced and a walkout basement door late summer of 2024. We have not had any issues and are very happy with the product. The installation was excellent which has a lot to do with the overall function and satisfaction.

      i had these windows put in 2 years ago noticed air coming in around several windows i have been waiting for them to replace them ever since. to top it all off my electric bill has not changed i think i was better off with my 30 year old windows
