    Everyone at C *** did a great job for us. Their knowledge was certainly appreciated. They provided solutions that were affordable, compared to what other companies tried to tell us we needed. Thank You for your honesty.

    My experience with C *** was very disappointing. I took a day off work for a service call, and while ********** *** J was friendly and knowledgeable, the service was lacking. I scheduled an appointment for my basement drain to be snaked and inspected with a video camera. *** completed the snaking, but when the second ********** arrived, the camera's batteries were dead. I was told they would return the following week for the inspection and charged $437.40 for the initial service. During the 2nd appointment, which required another day off, ********** ******* mistakenly thought he was there to snake the drain again. After I clarified that he was supposed to conduct the video inspection, he admitted he hadnt brought the camera and had to return to get it. He eventually returned and conducted the inspection, providing a quote of $13,500 for repairs. I was charged an additional $437.40, bringing my total to $874.80 for both visits. Before ******* left, I realized he hadnt provided the video footage I had paid for. When I asked him for it, he simply apologized and drove away. I then had to contact the company to request either a refund or another inspection. Additionally, he unplugged my chest freezer for the camera and failed to plug it back in. I discovered this a week later when I opened the freezer to find all the food spoiled, resulting in a loss of about $500 worth of meat. Despite reaching out about this issue, I received no response for several days. Eventually, I requested *** J to return for the video inspection, which he completed successfully. He acknowledged the freezer issue and suggested I speak to a manager. After many attempts to get in touch, the owner finally emailed me, stating he wouldnt take responsibility for the freezer incident and claimed I received more than $500 worth of *********************** summary, I am out two PTO days, a freezer full of food, and have dealt with three service calls and extensive communication with the company. very unhappy,

    The first word that came to mind was " HONEST ".The original problem was a water leak caused by ?????? ! Water was slow leaking from the upstairs bath to the downstairs bath ceiling. An original estimate was approximately $ *******. Partly due to exposing walls and ceiling in the garage to find the source of the leak.I have lived in my house 48 years and have done my own plumbing, heating and electrical with success. But with approaching the age of 75, this physically exceeded my skills.Employee ****** came out and thoroughly inspected and diagnosed that the leak was the upstairs toilet seal. ****** removed the toilet, replaced the wax seal. This was done for around $300. Leaking issued resolved. In this day and age, it is really refreshing that there are honest people still working in the plumbing trades.

    A fantastic customer experience! The phones were answered quickly and made an appointment same day smoothly. Technician called before arrival and was very professional and effective! Had a great service call for my garbage disposal install. Highly recommend this family business.
