  Well I had them trim back some bushes for me . What I payed them. They should have done a better job. Anyway I ended up leveling the top of my bush line . And they could have done a better job cleaning up the mess . One guy just used a leave blower to hide the mess. I had to rake it out of there myself. And the excuse he gave my wife about the top of the bushes was some bull crap about a code .why did I pay for this to have to finish the job . Man I which I was home when they were here working

  This is Tracie the owner. I really wish you had called me so I could've resolved this issue. I have several crews and definitely need to get to the bottom of this matter. Who are we dealing with? I definitely want to make this right just let me know who's crew it was and I'll come up with a solution to make you feel better about my company.   Had a emergency with a tree falling, I contacted Haley's and the owner was such a sweet, understanding lady. They got out the same day. Hey prices are very fair. The workers was polite, my yard was cleaned up. I loved how Haley's is legit with insurance and license. I definitely recommend them. Thank you Haley's

  Nick gave me a quote to cable some trees and trim some branches - very thorough with scope of work to be done. Crew was friendly and professional. Roderick, Robert and Fred completed the job exactly as describe and cleaned up nicely. Thanks!

  Crew came out on the 4th of September to drop a silver maple trunk. Did not like the crew chief's idea of how they were going to do it but was assured they could rope it and swing it. Before the 4 kids started on it, the crew chief left. End result, they crashed it into my gutter crumpling it, tore up some shingles, buried my AC Condenser with limbs; it is ok. Not long after this, the crew chief showed back up. They sent out a 'handy man' who was to fix any roof issues and fix 2 screens damaged and coordinate w/a gutter company. All I have heard are excuses and now 10 days later the owner of Haley's Tree.(Tracie Haley, nor the handyman answer their phones. Accidents happen, but their response sucks.

  Have had them out 3 times in a year. I think the first time here, a Jason overcharged me and I understand he is no longer w/the Co. Josh has been good to his word and I think what he has quoted me has been fair. Have a call into him now to do more work. As a business owner myself, I understand insurance costs/overhead. *** ** ***** ***** ******** *******

  This company did a drive by solicitation at the home of an 81 yr old woman. What began as them telling her she had some limbs needing trimmed ended with them cutting down two healthy trees after telling her they were dead. She was charged $4000 for this “service”. Unfortunately, her daughters (POAs) were unaware of the situation until the trees were down and cleanup was nearly complete. The home had another reputable tree service do work in the yard recently and any trees with damage were looked at by the contractor and myself and then dealt with. There was no further work needed. This company also did not have a permit from the town to be making door to door stops. Hopefully they will not return to the town and are NOT to be on our properties again.

  EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! Quoted for a tree trimming job that then we are told it needs cut down or cabled for additional money. They left mid job and left big branches and debris on my neighbors property! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

  Very professional, did a fantastic job getting my tree down, and left the area spotless when they were done. Diamon and his crew will definately get referrals from us. They showed up earlier than expected and it was the fastest I’ve ever seen a tree come down. They know what they are doing!
