      This company is not recommended they are unethical and professional and don't know what the hell they're doing. I had a leak in my bathroom sink they came in cut drywall on the opposite end of the bathroom and move the flooring set up a fan and left she didn't touch the sink at all then went to go charge my insurance company 4 Grand for moving my maxi pads from the toilet to the closet. So they never even touched the sink or the water was and I'm still waiting and waiting and waiting to see what's going on with my claim because they took the fans and left never got an estimate never got anything they had me signed the damn form the others were talking about and to come to find out mold was specially now for a whole month because I didn't have anybody to come back for another month so now I got mold all of my bathroom and guess what mold is not covered in my policy of course it's not not what's really funny about it is the guy that came to do the demo called me later that day and said hey if they happen to ask why I cut that drywall just tell me you requested it. cut drywall on the opposite end of the bathroom it's crazy recommended at all

      Code Blue is apparently an intermediary between my homeowners insurance company and a water mitigation specialist Code Blue sent to my house after my pipes froze. Someone was supposed to come within 72 hours, No one came until the 5th day claiming that Code Blue had not informed them of the work until I began asking where they were over 72 hours later. Upon arrival and being informed an estimate would be written & that the cabinets I'd been waiting to have removed so a plumber could finish working, I was asked to sign an agreement - it was more of a form stating I'd be liable for excess costs & attorney's fees for work performed in excess of what my insurance carrier would pay. The form indicated price guidelines and cost estimate were attached - I didn't get any estimate or guidelines. I called my insurer and Code Blue called back and "assured" me that if work performed gets to the point where it's over what the insurance will cover, they'll stop the work. I asked for the cost estimate & pricing, didn't get any. Stop the work? They removed some cabinets and some drywall so far to accommodate the plumber who needs to come back to complete his job - the cabinets were blocking access. The "water mitigation" didnt even start yet. They'll be coming back after the plumbing job is done o put in some fans and what else, maybe put some drying agent near any wet spots (?!). Fortunately, the ajuster came the same day, took pictures, saw the work being done. I don't trust Code Blue after reading these complaints already filed. If I become liable for any excess charges, or if the description of work is not what was performed & they inflate my total charges, I will be sure to not only file a regulatory complaint but to consult my former employer - a peer reviewed attorney in NY whom I trust will contact the governor where I file and suggest that the State Atty General's office consider a forensic audit of this place.
