    About a problem I am having with Red Roof Inn My name is Matthew * ***** This is in References to ******** Dates August 30th - September 4th 2024 Confirmation # RRI ********** I have been trying to get a refund of 3 days that I did not stay at your Hotel. I have been given the run around for 6 weeks now. On the 24th of September I was told it would be up to 10 business days before I would get my refund and it was approved on the 24th of September. Yesterday was the 10th business day and I called yesterday and was told to call back today. So I called back today around 11am central time and was told to watch my email. I am a disabled veteran and I do not need the extra stress. I don’t know what else to do except ask for help from the Disabled American Veterans (DAV)association. Also to let the BBB know and any other news, media, or social media platforms that I can sound off on how you are treating me. I was requesting a refund of three days now I am seek a refund for all five days due to the undue stress and hardship this has caused me. ***************** Com Thank you for your time.
