    Top Notch Improvement worked on my house. As the work was ending, he discovered dry stained subfloor from previous roof repairs. I was told water could run down my walls. I was frightened and agreed to have the work done. I was charged $5400.00. Dry wall was supposed to be changed in the garage and office and new subfloor put in the office a front closet. My brother alerted me to the fact the work wasnt being done.I am a senior citizen, with 3 guys running around at once, I couldnt keep up with them all the time. All he did was have a strip of dry wall tape put on an existing wall in the office and sand and paint the strip. He did not replace any drywall.No actual work as agreed upon was done in the house or the garage. When I asked about the unused drywall and asked for an itemized list on the work for the water damage he came and picked up drywall that was for the garage broke it in pieces took it and left. He said he would send the itemized list. I have never heard from him. Watch everything he does!!!

    I had my garage back wall repaired and put back on foundation, my awning taken down and the facia replaced along with the rotten wood that was unfortunately under it. They also replaced the chimney cap with mortar and a screen mesh cover. They were very professional, punctual, and hard-working.This company did an excellent job and their prices are very reasonable. I definitely will be calling them for other projects in the future.
