"I own my own trailer and I really wished I wouldn't have moved here 2 years ago the consistently raise the rates and they add fees on for everything then tell me I used ***** gallons of water a month for a single person so the increased the rent again and turned around and sold the park to another corporate company and I don't imagine anything going to change I wish I would have checked into it better before I moved here I pay as much for a lot rent as I would for a nice apartment with everything paid somebody really needs to check into these people scamming us and that's just what it is the last thing that was a extra $30 maintenance fee on top of our water fees our trash fee and this month's lot rent is $637.00 and I still have to pay my electric and other utilities yet that's kind of hard when you're on it fixed income and they keep raising the rates with very little improvements, also if you have kids don't come here because they are not kid friendly they tore down the playgrounds always handing out morning letters to the residents just seems like they're stealing from us and harassing us." ...
