    I wasn't lucky enough or as privileged as other consumers who have had been given multiple options by the company for resolution. Upon my discovery of complaints against this company, I took have a very similar situation to another consumer and it appears that Noco Co isn't fair in the treatment of all of their consumers. So as it shows in the reports the company willing to extend its customer service by offering a customer a complete replacement, I however wasn't so lucky. Instead of offering to fix my charger or offering to replace it the offer to me was 35% off of a new charger which replaced my discontinued charger. I didn't get to enjoy using my charger because it stopped charging within the first two years of usage. It had been used about 17 times without being drained ever! I did contact the company before my warranty was expired and was given an RMA number. I had some health concerns that completely distracted me from remembering to send it in under warranty. The company claims to not have my name even in their database. Through several emails I've tried with customer service and they are standing firm on only offering 35% off of a new battery charger.

    We did not have a record of this issue in our system. Our Customer Service department contacted the customer, and NOCO will provide a prepaid label for returning the product. Once the return is received, a replacement product will be sent. The customer appeared very satisfied with this plan and resolution.
