    Terrible service! Still waiting after months to close estate and they do not respond to our multiple requests. ****** is incompetent and extremely unprofessional.

    I did see you contacted me. I did not have permission from the attorney or executor of the estate to disclose information to you regarding the private tax matter.
    There has been communication between the attorney and myself. We are handling things as quickly as possible on our end. We are now waiting for state officials.
    I'm sorry you feel this way. Your dad was a client of mine for over 17 years and we always had a very good relationship. I'm sorry for your families loss and hope the state can expedite their end quickly so the estate can be closed.

    Very unhappy. IRS told me the form was filed incorrectly. I did not file it. Amanda did! For 2 years I tried to get her to make it right. Phone calls, letters, in person visits.. She never did! It turned out that the IRS took $250 from my refund . I had used ***** ***** there for years and never had a problem.

    I have not heard from the client in over a year about this issue and assumed it was taken care of as she did not contact me further other than a review here on 10/4/22. Had she of contacted me recently personally I could of tried again to rectify the situation. I can only provide information she gave me. The IRS has the correct information and I will contact them directly.
