    Waited for 2.5 hours. Never showed up. No wonder they have a 1.8 star rating.

    They came to tow my girlfriends car to a shop to be repaired. The guy they sent said it was his second day on the job and seemed like he wasn’t sure what he was doing. Once the car was on the flatbed as the driver was tightening the winch the car lurched forward which didn’t seem right. Come to find out the whole passenger side tie rod needs replaced because it’s bent and there are scratches and paint missing on the A arm of the car right next to the tie rod that weren’t there before. We're now being quoted over $1,000 for a repair and this “company” refuses to take responsibility.

    Horrible company. Dispatcher is extremely rude. I told the driver to give me a couple minutes so I can contact the insurance and when I called him back 3 minutes later he advised me that he left the vehicle and the dispatcher is having him do a different tow and we have to find a different company. If this is how they do business then I absolutely do not recommend them.

    dispatcher is very rude I was working for her when I call her to ask her for help all she does is yell on the screen she will not give you any help she just hangs up on you. She let me use the company vehicle and I'm off tomorrow she tells me I have to walk back to my city it's an hour's drive the dispatcher has a very bad temper problems I just started this week I called her with problems trying to get answers to get help she just screams and yells and hangs up on you

    Needed to have my car towed about 1/2 mile due to a flat tire. The lady who took the call and the tow truck driver were very pleasant and helpful. I had called about 6 places before getting this company. None of the others showed the courtesy that this place did! They were even over $60 cheaper than another had quoted me and would only take cash. This company seemed to welcome the business and I used a credit card! I will remember them in any future towing needs.

    ********* was pleasant and friendly. Arrived and discussed loading my vehicle on the dolly to tow it. Was kind and understanding. Took care with loading and unloading vehicle. Highly recommend him.

    They came to change a tire that was on a black top parking lot and he said that he doesn't usely change tires and when I told him that is way he was called. So he got a floor **** and couldn't **** my f150 pickup up. He said I would have to pull my truck out of my parking spot and I said that I didn't want to ruin my tire but he said it was the only way. So it did ruin my tire by driving it out of the parking spot and cost me $320 to replace the tire because it got ruined by driving it out of the parking spot because he couldn't or wouldn't do what he was called to do!! Definitely elderly abuse and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!!

    My 93 year old MIL had a dead battery. AAA was dispatched. Told her she needed a new battery. They did not check the warranty. Charged her $200. I also filed a complaint with AAA. Eldery abuse at best.

    AAA dispatched then to ************** on 1/24/24 to tow to ************* due to not starting; they decided to try & start and couldnt keep it on so towed to *************. Disappointed they didn't inform me the key was stuck in ignition & wouldn't come out (I was here) but informed District when dropped off.

    The date is January 1, ************************************************************ hanging stranded having to figure out other means of getting my vehicle to an auto mechanic shop. Ive been waiting since 430 this afternoon and it is now 1:28 AM Tuesday morning the following day, thank you for lying to OnStar saying that you attempted to call me when you didnt and when you said oh, we couldnt find him and completed the ticket without notifying OnStar now I have to worry about only getting three hours to four hours of sleep if that before going into work, when I never saw a tow truck. It baffles me somebody having a tow truck business and not knowing how to read the mile markers if I say Im at mile marker six in the eastbound lane on I 10. You should know exactly where that is , but again thank you for s******* me over and having to worry so much about getting my vehicle impounded and having to worry about paying hundreds of dollars to get it out every time I attempted to try to call any number nobody would pick up. it says youre supposed to be 24 seven but I guess not or somebody sleeping and dont care about other people thank God I didnt have my family or my son with me out here. I hope yall go out of business I really do.
