Bought a cannister of their crack filler asphalt product from **************. The product is like a paste that can be applied with a trowl. I opened a pale of this product and the first 1.5 - 2 inches was brown water. I assumed it just needed to be stirred. Made no difference. To get a refund the company Thorworks advised I need to get a date code picture and picture of the brown liquid. Then send in a receipt. If they think it was old or defective they will refund. If not they dont. I tried taking back to *******. They dont refund for defective product only manufacturer. Thorworks believes you are trying to scam them without these pictures. Beware they do not stand behind what they sell.
