    I called to ask toi speak to ****. The woman on the phone started yelling & cussing at me. I just wanted to ask him about an appliance that we have that needs looked at. She again started yelling & cussing at me telling me about all the fees. Very unprofessional.

    OMG! DO NOT USE THEM! I called Kitchen Aid to report them and tell them to take them off their preferred vendor list to maintain a good repour with KitchenAid and Whirlpool buyers. It sounds like we are not the only one who had problems with Moore's Appliance Repair. They came out to our home to service the ice maker on our fridge...long story short, the part they installed in NOV 2022 was faulty and did not work. Calling the next day, they told us the part was now on backorder. My husband called in Jan 2023 and again end of FEB 2023 (yesterday). The lady called in the evening streaming at my husband, telling him he is harassing their company and they will not be out to fix our fridge. How are we harassing them by checking on a part, twice since NOV of 2022. We are now out $272.20 and have to call another service company to repair. Very poor customer service, how are they still in business when many others are reporting the same issues. Shocking and sad that people treat other people so poorly. I would put a minus star if I could. :(

    I should have read the reviews more closer..... I have NEVER talked to someone so UNPROFESSIONAL in my life. Short story.. service guy came out 2 weeks ago, said he needed to order the part that would come by last Monday or Tuesday, and said he would come back out last Wednesday afternoon...he told me to thaw the fridge on Tuesday so it would be ready...no-one came ...no communication. I called them many times on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and it just rang and rang, and no voicemail. The Lady receptionist called today and asked when **** could come out to install the part. I explained that he was supposed to come last Wednesday and there has been NO communication and therefore went with someone else. She IMMEDIATELY started yelling and swearing rude things. She said they can't control when the part came in, never explaining why they didn't communicate that with us or answer the phone. NO JOKE...She CONTINUED YELLING even louder like a crazy person and threatened they would NOT "eat that cost" and we WILL pay for the part and service. She continued yelling like a toddler until the phone hung up????????????! The service guy seemed really nice, it's sad that the person in charge of his customer ********************** is ruining his reputation!
