I dropped off my car here for a diagnostic concerning a fluid leak. The next morning I received a call back, assuring me the cause of the leak was a simple loose oil drain plug and oil filter, the issue was totally fixed, and it was no longer leaking. I picked my car up to find, after only 30 minutes of being home, that there was still a leak. I called and the man said it was residual and to run it through a car wash and it would be fine. I did as he instructed, but it continued leaking. I took it back to them that same day, and when they looked at it again they said it looks like the leak is coming from the oil filter, but likely wasnt the filter itself, rather it was the part the filter connects to on the engine. They were willing to replace that part for $500, and when I asked but you dont know if thats actually going to fix the leak? he said no. I spent $75 for the diagnostic, $22 for a car wash, plus about $50 in **** rides over the course of 24 hours and still never got an actual diagnosis for the leak. These guys are willing to load up the parts ****** (with your money, of course) and just start shooting. Biggest waste of time and money. Do not take your car here unless you are willing to spend entirely too much for them to only guess what might be wrong with your car.Its also worth mentioning that a few things were missing from my car after I picked it up, and when I took my car back to them for a second attempt at a proper diagnostic, I overheard a conversation between the man I dealt with through this process and another guy who was working there. They didnt realize I had come in yet, and the door between the lobby and the garage was left wide open so I overheard the one say he was going to bring some of those pre rolls and Im assuming they were referring to pre rolled marijuana cigarettes, as I am not familiar with any other type of pre rolls that would make sense in the context of that particular conversation.

In July 2022 I spent $4100 to have my transmission rebuilt. I have taken my car back to Aamco on 5 occasions for the same problem and each time was advised something different. I needed motor Mount mounts, they couldn’t find a problem with my vehicle etc. I recently took it back a few days ago and was advised I definitely had a problem with the transmission. They kept my vehicle for 3 days and claimed they fixed the issue ( hard shifting after stopping at a light). The very next day, my vehicle did the same thing. I reached out to the corporate office and was advised that the note/receipt said that the transmission was rebuilt again. Then the corporate Liason later advised me that paperwork stated the transmission tubing and the torque converter were repaired. I took my vehicle back to Aamco and I was advised that they did the last free repair as my warranty was exceeded as far as mileage goes. I advised the Manager *****, that this was the only repair that was ever done as I was always advised that nothing was found. ***** then went on to tell me that I needed to get new motor mounts, remove the rims and tires from my car and change my spark plugs. (I recently took my car to GMC for a diagnostic test and not once was I advised that I needed spark plugs or motor mounts) I reached out to the Liason at Corporate on several occasions and have yet to hear anything.
