    I cannot say enough about Deep Clean Professionals. We have a family room carpet that has never been professionally cleaned. We also have had pets...elderly, sick, young, dogs, and cats! When I was watching TV in the family room I could smell pee wafting up from some mystery place, but could never find where. I called this company because it is local, family-owned, and had great reviews. I AM SO THANKFUL TO HAVE FOUND THEM! They arrived on time, explained everything (even some very technical information). They were honest and never tried to upsell or convince me to spend more money than I had to. They tested EVERY inch of carpet for pet urine and, miraculously, found the mystery area! They spend an inordinate amount of time using a deep extraction device to eliminate the wide spread pee from the room. It was fascinating, and satisfying to watch the water go from thick yellow/brown to clear. They did this extraction over the entire carpet...then came back in with a rotary extractor and went over it AGAIN!!! I truly am impressed by the work ethic and meticulous type A perfection that this company showed. It is rare to find someone who puts so much pride into perfection. All this for a very reasonable price!!! Do not hesitate to call this company for your carpet care needs.
