  Decks and Beyond did an amazing job on our project. They were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely go with them if I have any projects in the future.

  Fence was installed during the spring of2022. Fence post only installed 2ft. deep in the ground in a known windy area. Now some post have "settled" (sunk) into the ground and need to be raised to make the top of the fence look even. Post at gate are crooked and gate was also installed crooked. Last time someone came to make repairs, they told me that's the best they can do!! Some parts of fence still rock back and forth in their holes when windy. No one answers the phones!!!

  Little if no contact after payment for materials. Finally talk to salesman since no one else to answer or return calls. When I have on rare occasion to speak with someone all I get is empty promises and excuses as to why i have had no contact since paying for service may5/ 10/22 it is now 9/8/22. Salesman out next day for estimate and to take money and then crickets. So dissatisfied with this experience! Still selling services making false promises. My entire summer wasted with having to find new venues for events planned this summer. I hope no one else would have to go through such a terrible experience.

  We hired this company to build our deck in March. Upon prompt collection of our deposit and a promise of completion in May we heard nothing from the company until mid June when we repeatedly contacted the company asking for reasons for the delay. After several weeks of crickets, we were told the receptionist was on maternity leave and that accounted for the lack of communication. At the end of June he sent out an unqualified group of workmen who obviously did not know how to build a deck. The flooring of the deck was completed and upon inspection looked like a 12 year old built it. Several more phone calls from us and several more unanswered calls and excuses later, a foreman was sent out who took pictures and expressed dismay at the completed flooring. He promised it would be redone. Several weeks later after again repeatedly trying to get a response, we were promised a deck that would be something we could be proud of would be completed that week. After another 2 weeks of know show, we too are contacting an attorney and the Ohio Attorney generals fraud division.

  I hired this company 8 months ago to build a pergola. I was told by the owner that the project would take less than 8 weeks and that he had checked and all the lumber was in stock. He then asked for a 50% down payment. Two weeks ago, I told him I was seeking legal action. So two employees came and pulled pavers and installed the posts. Two posts are under the soffit of my home leaving no room for the top runners. The pulled pavers are a hazard to anyone coming to my home after dark expecting pavers to be there but stepping into a hole instead. My patio furniture is sitting in my driveway in front of my garage. I keep being told dates that someone will be here to install, but always no show and no calls.
