Eric and his wife are scammers… they will take you money and promise you a fast turn around and two months later, Eric is tired, has some health issues, can’t speak on the phone because he’s driving, and apparently always working from 6 AM to 3AM everyday, with no results… DO NOT use them for any structural engineering needs… they will run off with your money

THIS SHOULD BE A ZERO STAR RATING!!! My home warranty company sent me Eric Satler for a water issue in my basement. Eric came out and did an inspection and stated that there was some kind of structural damage and that was why I had water in my basement. He said that he would put a detailed report together with pictures and present the report to the warranty company. He also stated if there was any push back or they denied anything to let him know. Weeks and weeks went by and I heard nothing from Eric. I reached out to him to follow up and his wife responded that he had a minor stroke but he was ok and has been resting and was going to get back working on it and would be done by the end of the week. End of the week came no report done. Finally after weeks I received a message that the report was done and sent in. I waited a couple of weeks when I received an email stating that there was no structural damage found and the warranty company will not be moving forward with fixing it. I then reached out to Eric stating: "Well from what you sent in, the insurance denied everything and nothing is covered." Response from Eric's Wife: "That's between you and your insurance company lose our number." Response from Eric's Wife: "He said he tried to explain it wasn't Structural and somebody's wife wouldn't listen I can't help that." Response from Eric's Wife: "He said he explained to you there was a simple fix you guys went after the insurance company the insurance company said no if you were smart homeowners you would protect your investment and fix it." Response from Eric's Wife: "This is Mrs. Eric Eric had a stroke don't call us again." My response: "Just an FYI, YOU are very F****** unprofessional. Thank you for your un sincere response." Response from Eric's Wife: "You're welcome you're a lazy homeowner fix your house" After receiving these messages I could not believe how unprofessional she was and rude. I would not recommend them to anyone for any price.
