    I have been doing business with Light Year Music for a year and I think they are great. Chuck and the entire team have been great to work with and have been very helpful in getting me started. They have answered all my questions on equipment and have pointed me in the right direction to accomplish the results I wanted. I highly recommend this Company to Pros and to people just getting started.

    In today's market place it's surprisingly hard to find a business (especially their representatives & support personnel) who actually goes beyond the barre minimum to help a customer. Refreshingly, this is not the case with Light Year Music (LYM)! I was searching for a Karaoke system recently & called a ton of places who mostly seemed uninterested in answering even some of my basic questions. Thank goodness I found LYM. I was absolutely floored & excited that ***** ******** (President & main customer interface) not only spent tons of time answering even my most basic Karaoke system questions with patience, kindness, and caring. And, I hadn't even purchased anything yet, nor did I even suggest how much I was willing to spend. ***** not only took me through the various Karaoke packages that LYK sells and services, but also methodically helped me pick out a specific package that he assured me would fit my needs perfectly. Then, once we agreed on that package, Chuck even threw in a few extra goodies (like about 1,000 free songs) over and above my package as a thank you. Ordering was very simple & I felt very comfortable spending nearly $2500 for an excellent Karaoke system with a ton of songs. They shipped the system to me & it was packaged extremely well and actually arrived 3 days earlier than planned. Another thing that LYM does extremely well is all of the YouTube video's they have that walk you through each component of your system, how to hook it up, and how to use it - these are fantastic aids. Once I hooked up the system, it was up and running very quickly and I found it extremely user friendly using the KJ Deluxe Karaoke Software, & it's dashboard are unbelievably simple & straight forward. The Karaoke songs themselves are incredible & are done very professionally. So, if your looking for a Karaoke system, songs, mic's, software or other items - start by calling Light Year Music.     These guys are fantastic. I stumbled across this place and they have been incredibly helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable anything music, staging, lighting,… you name it. Unbelievably fair prices and amazing resources for what I was looking to do. I highly recommended these guys over anybody else around this local area. Joe is great and really just an experienced staff that knows what they’re doing and talking about!!

    We were looking for a Karaoke player, our friend had a system that he used in his church and for his own entertainment, we ordered a Rock Box, from the minute we first used it we were impressed with the sound and quality of equipment used. The player was equipped with a flash card with music, so we did not have to go out and purchase so we could familiarize ourselves with the equipment. All the personnel at Lightyear were very versed on the player and went through the set up so we were familiar with it's use. We upgraded the Mic supplied with a better one he had at the store, Chuck the owner was more than happy to assist us in the questions we have had in the past and made himself available to help. I would recommend Lightyear for quality players and equipment.

    I have been doing business with with owner Chuck ******** from Lightyearmusic.com for over 15 years. This company has done business above and beyond matter. I have purchased full karaoke systems and thousands of dollars of other pro audio equipment over the years. They have let me return gear and upgrade gear in many different scenarios. Their customer service has been outstanding and there computer techs have been very patient with me when training and upgrading my computers. I'm an older Vet and not the sharpest tool in the shed when comes to computers but I'm still leaning thanks to their Technicians. They deserve a 10 star rating but i can only go up to five!!     A Goup of LIARS and deceivers. I bought a system when a very friendly salesperson assured me that they would teach me the entire process of the operation of the system. very complicated when I received it. c Called the number that they said would walk me through it. The guy could not speak English. he finally told me he couldn't even tell me how to turn on the laptop and was not his problem. VERY RUDE! Called BBB. The company lied to them as well, and refused to get involved, No recourse. I would not reccomend this company to anyone. In the mean time (1 year later) I have a brand new system I paid 3500$ for that I still cant use, DONT DO IT!

    I just received the best by far, karaoke system I ever own. The service was outstanding, I received my order in less than a week. But the most important part of this experience was the professionalism displayed the the staff whenever I had questions. They really made me feel like they cared about their customers. Again, this was a terrific experience topped off with a great karaoke system.

    Just ordered a system online from this business. Joe got back to me the first business day with a phone call and some inquiries. I would recommend this business to anyone that is looking for a professional karaoke system
