  I received a quote on a Saturday, the individual was accommodating coming out on a weekend, we discussed the work and other work that this quote was in service too. He left the unsigned proposal and left. Within a couple of days, I received a direct call from **************************, someone I had not contacted for a quote, asking if I was interested in a quote. I had not authorized anyone from ********* Tree to share my contact information, including my personal cell phone. I tried to contact the staff, asking for someone from management or an owner, but did not receive a return call. I would be wary of using this company, as they do not seem to value anyones personal data.

  Hello, 

  Our company does not sign the proposals, the signature line at the bottom is for the customer when they accept the proposal. ********************** did NOT share any contact information with any other company, we can only assume that Mr. ****** is assuming we did based on his timeline. Lasty, Mr. ****** was contacted back TWICE, with no answer, during the hours that he requested.

  Very professional company! During a recent storm we had half of a dying tree fall into the open yard. The half still standing was between two homes, with power lines running thru the branches. I needed someone to remove the rest of the tree before it fell on the homes and/or took down the power lines. This company came right out to give me a quote. When we called back to accept the quote, their team was here the next day! As a landscape designer & have delt with many other tree services in my life, I would put them at the top of my list. They did one fine job.

  This complaint seems to be a common one. It seems this company does not care or learn from previous mistakes. I do not understand how this company has an A rating for the complaints that they have on this website along with other websites too. Today, I too, was a neighbor/victim of where trees were being taken down. I was shocked to look out my window and see their big heavy truck parked on my lawn, especially since the neighbor where the work was being done had ample room to accomodate their rig. I also witnessed them running other equipment thru my yard. When they were confronted about tresspassing on my property without asking permission, they were very arrogant and condecsending to me. I can see tire tracks in my yard that I will have to deal with in the Spring. It is hard enough to deal with your own contractor doing bad stuff, but even worse when you did not even hire them! DO NOT HIRE LAKE ERIE TREE SERVICE!

  We were called out to the job as an emergency due to the tree being on the house. Unfortunately the only way to get the tree off the house was by being slightly into the neighbors yard. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but hope that if the tables were turned their neighbors would be understanding.
